Welcome to Little Foodie Adventures.

These Terms & Conditions apply to your use of the Little Foodie Adventures website and to purchases of our products and services.

In these Terms, "Little Foodie Adventures", "we", "us" and "our" means Little Foodie Adventures, operated by Gabrielle Orr.

By accessing or using our website, purchasing our products or booking our services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before placing an order or booking a service.

If you do not agree with these Terms & Conditions, please do not use our website or purchase our products or services.

These Terms & Conditions should be read together with any other policies we publish on our website, including our Privacy Policy and Shipping & Returns/Refund Policy.

1. About Little Foodie Adventures

Little Foodie Adventures provides resources and educational services designed to support children’s experiences with food, including our Food Exploring Cards and professional learning and consultancy services for early childhood education and care services.

Our resources and services are educational in nature. They are not a substitute for individual medical, nutritional, psychological, feeding, allergy or other health advice from an appropriately qualified health professional.

Where you have concerns about a child's health, development, feeding, growth, allergies, nutritional needs or relationship with food, you should seek advice from an appropriately qualified health professional.

2. Our products

Our Food Explorer Cards are educational resources designed to encourage children to explore food using their senses.

The cards are intended for children aged 3 years and over.

Children should use the cards with appropriate adult supervision. The cards are an educational resource and are not designed to diagnose, treat or manage feeding difficulties, eating disorders, allergies or other medical conditions.

Our products should be used according to the instructions and information provided with the product.

You are responsible for determining whether a product is suitable for the particular child or setting in which it will be used.

Production information:

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, photographs, dimensions, colours and other information on our website are accurate.

However, colours may appear differently depending on your device or screen, and minor variations may occur between product batches.

Nothing in these Terms limits your rights where a product does not meet the guarantees required by the Australian Consumer Law.

3. Orders and purchases

When you place an order through our website, you are making an offer to purchase the products selected by you.

Your order will be confirmed once payment has been successfully processed and we have accepted your order.

We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including where:

  • a product is unavailable;

  • there has been an obvious pricing or product description error;

  • we reasonably suspect fraudulent or unauthorised activity; or

  • we are unable to fulfil the order.

If we cancel an order after payment has been received, we will provide an appropriate refund.

We will not cancel or refuse an order in a way that unlawfully excludes or limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

4. Pricing and payment

All prices displayed on our website are in Australian dollars (AUD) unless otherwise stated.

Prices may change from time to time. Any price change will not affect an order that we have already accepted.

Payment must be made using the payment methods available through our website at the time of purchase.

We use third-party payment providers to process payments. We do not store your payment card details on our website.

5. Pre-orders

Where we offer products for pre-order, the estimated dispatch or delivery timeframe will be provided on the relevant product page or during the ordering process.

Pre-order timeframes are estimates rather than guarantees, as manufacturing, freight and other circumstances outside our reasonable control may affect availability.

If there is a significant delay to a pre-order, we will provide you with reasonable information about the delay and any rights or options available to you.

6. Shipping and delivery

We currently ship to Australia and New Zealand.

Shipping costs and estimated delivery timeframes will be displayed during the ordering process or in our Shipping Policy.

Once an order has been accepted and dispatched, delivery may be affected by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including postal delays, extreme weather, transport disruptions or other events affecting the delivery network.

If your order does not arrive within a reasonable timeframe, please contact us so that we can investigate the issue.

8. Returns, refunds and consumer guarantees

Our returns and refunds process is set out in our Returns & Refunds Policy.

If you change your mind about a purchase, you are not automatically entitled to a refund under the Australian Consumer Law. Any change-of-mind returns offered by Little Foodie Adventures will be subject to the conditions set out in our Returns & Refunds Policy.

Our products come with consumer guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian law.

If a product arrives damaged, you may be entitled to a replacement or refund.

The appropriate remedy will depend on the circumstances and the requirements of the Australian Consumer Law.

For further information about your consumer rights, you can visit the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission (ACCC) website.

9. Our services
